HGS Repair kit
Kongsberg Automotive released the first Hydraulic Gear Shift (HGS) system in 1996. The HGS system from Kongsberg Automotive provides comfortable and precise shifting and eliminates transmission noise and vibration. The HGS is designed to reduce vibrations and minimize the risk of slipping out of gear. Kongsberg Automotive’s HGS reduces noise in the cabin because it is easier to isolate around the gear lever. In addition, the H-pattern corresponds better with travel on the gearbox (no mismatch).
The HGS system includes Gear Lever Actuator, and Gear Box Actuators (Shift cylinders and Select cylinders).
