For installation of the “NPTF” or “R” -thread of the ABC Push-In couplings, ABC swivels, and ABC Complementary an external sealing (tape or fluid) must be used. Note: unscrewing can damage the sealing.

The following table 2c shows the recommended torque values.

  1. The recommended torques are based on threads without lubrication. The recommended torques applies to ports of aluminum, brass or steel. A “torque wrench” shall be used.
  2. If lower max torque values are specified for valves, air reservoir etc, these are valid.
